The Maxim gun is a recoil-operated machine gun, invented in 1884 by Hiram Stevens Maxim. It was the world's first fully automatic machine gun.
The Maxim rifle has been called "the weapon most associated with imperial conquest" by historian Martin Gilbert and was widely used by colonial powers during the "Scramble for Africa." Maxim rifles have also been widely used by various armies during the Russo-Japanese War, World Wars I and II, and in contemporary conflicts.
The Maxim gun was very influential in the development of machine guns and has several variants and derivatives, such as the Vickers, PM M1910 and MG 08. Some are still in service today, such as during the war in Ukraine.

One set is in perfect condition, the second set isn't as nice but is included with the purchase. Super rare!! and very old.

  1. Shipping is once a week, usually on Wednesday, after payment has been received and is possible with the following shipping options.
  2. Insured shipping is preferred. Registered mail, letterbox package, or regular parcel shipping is also possible, but the buyer bears the risk.
    Shipping costs for the advertisement are as a registered parcel up to 10 kg, please indicate if it needs to be insured.
    Everything is packed to the best of our ability, but I have no control over clumsy behavior by shipping companies, and shipping is entirely at the buyer's risk.
    If possible, we will try to ship as many items as possible in 1 package to keep shipping costs low.
  3. You can also reserve items that aren't yet available for sale, but only after a 10% deposit, with a minimum of €10. New items arrive in the Netherlands once or twice a year, so please keep in mind that reserving items can sometimes take months.
